Juicy Beast developed the game, recently releasing this demo to experiment with their fresh take on dice mechanics. They built the project in Unity and wrapped the entire experience in a mid-century cartoon aesthetic. The visual style pulls more weight than you’d expect for a standard dice roller. Smooth animations and vintage character designs give the cursed board game a very specific, eerie charm.

And the difficulty ramps up fast. Boss encounters—like the policeman or the wolf—introduce unique obstacles that force players to completely rethink their setup. You might face modifiers where white dice are suddenly scored as red dice, completely ruining your standard math. Surviving these rule twists requires careful relic placement and a willingness to constantly adapt.
