Creepy Dates

CreepyDates: Free Creepypasta Dating Sim Visual Novel Game

CreepyDates is a free creepypasta-themed dating simulator and visual novel where players romance horror legends like Jeff the Killer, Slenderman, and Ben Drowned. The game blends comedy, romance, and point-and-click exploration into a fan-made experience built around some of the internet’s most recognized horror characters.

Created by indie developer Hahadit, the game lets players step into the creepyhouse, build a custom character, and chase routes with the residents living there. Chapter 3 dropped on May 15, 2026, expanding the story further for fans who’ve stuck around since the early releases.

What CreepyDates Is About

The setup is simple — you’re dropped into a house full of creepypasta icons and given the freedom to flirt, snoop, and pick a route. Each character has their own personality quirks, dialogue, and ending paths. The tone leans more comedic than horror, which is part of the charm. It’s a fangame that knows exactly what it is.

Character customization lets players shape their protagonist before diving into the routes. You’ll also wander the creepyhouse, click around the environments, and pick up items along the way. Think dating sim mixed with light exploration.

Available Romance Routes

Right now, players can pursue Jeff the Killer, Eyeless Jack, Ben Drowned, Ticci Toby, Masky and Hoodie, and Slenderman. Each route plays differently depending on choices and affection levels. More routes are on the way — Nina the Killer, Clockwork, and Laughing Jack are listed as coming soon.

The branching choice system means decisions actually matter. Multiple endings give the game real replay value, especially for players who want to see how different romantic paths play out.

Why Players Keep Coming Back

The art style does a lot of heavy lifting here. Character designs feel polished, and the writing leans into the fan-favorite traits of each creepypasta figure rather than playing it safe. Comments under each chapter release show a player base that’s genuinely invested — people debating routes, asking about future characters, and counting down to the next update.
