Stranger Alternate World is a survival game where players scavenge for resources and fight to stay alive after a mysterious outbreak shatters society. You join a small faction searching for answers across an environment overrun by infected enemies.

Players take on the role of a survivor tied to a small group desperate for the truth. You spend your time carefully combing through empty locations to find enough supplies to keep going. The abandoned buildings pull more weight than you’d expect for setting the mood. They hide vital clues about the origin of the sickness—and often, the infected themselves. Gathering scattered evidence is the only real way to piece together the blackout timeline.
