Warm Like Flesh

WARM LIKE FLESH is a short 2D RPG with visual novel and point‑and‑click gameplay. Players take on the role of a technician responsible for maintaining CATHODE, a lifelike, sentient computer who speaks in mysterious and sometimes flirtatious ways. The job is to keep CATHODE running by reconnecting damaged wires — a task that becomes more complex as the machine starts expressing emotions that feel a little too real.

Every dialogue choice affects how the story unfolds. Players decide whether to stay calm and professional, respond to CATHODE’s advances, or even sabotage the process entirely. With multiple paths and outcomes, each decision changes how the connection between human and machine develops.

The game features over ten CG illustrations, two main environments, and thousands of lines of story-driven dialogue. Each playthrough takes around 15 minutes to reach an ending, while full completion can take up to an hour. There are five different endings to discover, each revealing a new side of CATHODE’s personality.
