Roulette Hero

Roulette Hero is a turn-based strategy roguelite that blends deckbuilding with dungeon crawling and a strong element of chance.

Players control a small figurine hero trapped inside a mechanical tabletop dungeon. Every turn begins with a spin of a wheel that decides the outcome—attack power, defense, gold, or healing. What you get is random, but how you prepare for it is up to you. Each encounter tests how well your build handles good luck, bad luck, and everything in between.

Combat is simple to follow but hard to master. You face a series of enemies and hazards, trying to survive as long as possible while the machine keeps turning. Wins earn resources, and losses teach you where your strategy needs work.

Between battles, players visit a shop that acts as the heart of progression. Here, you can upgrade the wheel itself, add new slots and balls, and unlock passive totems that permanently change how your runs play out. These upgrades allow different playstyles, from safer defensive builds to risk-heavy setups that rely on big spins.

The game rewards planning without removing uncertainty. Success comes from balancing upgrades, knowing when to take risks, and adapting when the wheel does not go your way. Inspiration from Slots & Daggers is clear, but Roulette Hero builds its own identity around timing and choice.
