Mario in Animatronic Horror

Mario in Animatronic Horror: The Mario x FNAF RPG Horror Crossover

Mario in Animatronic Horror is a fan-made RPG horror game that drops Mario and Luigi into Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza for a plumbing job that goes very wrong. It’s a Super Mario and Five Nights at Freddy’s crossover made by Galacticstar-studios.

The Story

The setup is simple. Mario and Luigi quit their jobs at Foreman Spike’s demolition company and start their own business: Super Mario Bros. Plumbing. They hang flyers around Brooklyn and land their first gig — a full week of plumbing, maintenance, and security work at an old kids’ spot called Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.

Easy money, right? Not even close. After one day, weird stuff starts happening around the restaurant. The animatronics aren’t just standing around anymore. And the bros are stuck in the middle of it.

One thing to know: the story isn’t canon to either series. It’s its own thing, which honestly gives it room to get weirder than the official games ever would.

What You Actually Get

This isn’t some rushed fan project. The current version is a full remake of the original with a completely rewritten story, better visuals, and cleaner programming. It runs five chapters from start to finish, with new animated cutscenes tying everything together. There’s also an achievements system, so completionists have a reason to poke around every corner of the pizzeria.

The soundtrack deserves its own mention. It’s a full original score by Splat Josh — not recycled Mario tunes, not FNAF ambience on loop. Actual new music made for this game. The whole soundtrack is even up on YouTube.

How It Plays

Since it’s an RPG horror game, you’re not just sitting in a security office watching cameras. You walk around the pizzeria, solve puzzles, collect hidden items like drawing pieces, and try not to get caught. Get spotted by an animatronic and you’re in trouble — chase sequences and jumpscares are a big part of the loop. Some chapters have hidden death scenes too, if you go looking where you shouldn’t.
