City Brawl: Master the Streets in This Action Fighting Game

City Brawl is a casual action fighting game that drops players into martial arts street battles against relentless gang members. You survive waves of attacks, collect dropped fruit to upgrade your stats, and push through increasingly difficult daily encounters.

Setting the Stage for Combat

Before throwing the first punch, players have to pick a starting character and set the challenge level. The game offers four difficulty tiers: easy, normal, hard, and insane. Starting on normal gives a decent feel for the timing required to land hits without getting completely wiped out right away. The higher you push that difficulty setting, the more punishing the enemy waves become.

Surviving the City Gangs

The actual brawling throws you straight into the deep end. Gangs rush the screen from different angles, and they don’t wait their turn to strike. You have to string together basic punches and kicks with character-specific special attacks to keep the crowd under control. Shielding actually matters here. If you ignore defense, the mob will quickly drain your health bar to zero and force a restart. The enemies vary quite a bit in how hard they hit and how they approach your fighter. Boss fights eventually step into the ring, forcing you to adapt whatever fighting rhythm you’ve established.

Oranges, Upgrades, and New Fighters

Progression revolves entirely around a strange but straightforward currency—oranges. Defeated street thugs drop these fruits, and grabbing them is the only way to keep pace with the rising difficulty curve. Clearing the first few days is simple enough. But later levels practically require you to spend your hoarded oranges on direct stat boosts for your fighter’s health pool, weapon techniques, and raw physical damage.

That same currency is what you use to expand your playable roster. City Brawl features nine distinct characters to unlock. They aren’t just cosmetic swaps. Each fighter brings different base stats and specific combat styles to the arena. Saving up your earnings to buy a heavier hitter usually changes exactly how you handle the harder boss battles later on.

As always, remember to have fun!
