Two new Join the fray. First, Donquixote Doflamingo from One Piece, nicknamed “Heavenly Yaksha”, was the captain of the Donquixote Pirates, one of the Shichibukai with a frozen bounty of Beli 340,000,000, the former most influential underworld broker under the codename “Joker”,and is a former World Noble of the Donquixote Family descent. Second, Makarov Dreyar, the 3rd, 6th and 8th Guild Master of the Fairy Tail Guild, as well as one of the Ten Wizard Saints.
