The 14th Axe Wound

The 14th Axe Wound is a spooky game where you have to try and stay away from Mason, the bad guy. It was made by A.V. Dossow and NewmoniaCute for the Hawktober Horrors 2024 game jam

Here’s what you can expect:

• It has a Story Mode that takes about 30 minutes to play.
• There’s also a bonus Killer Mode which is like a fun mini-challenge.
• The game has 8 different endings, so it changes depending on who makes it out safely.
• The artwork is really cool, thanks to NewmoniaCute!
• The music was specially made by A. V. Dossow just for this game.
• You’ll have to make a lot of choices and there are random conversations to keep things interesting.
• You’ll need to find items to help you survive, and they appear in different places each time.
• The gameplay includes exploring, solving puzzles, staying alive, and battling like role-playing games.
• If a character in your team gets killed by Mason, they’re gone for good, and you’ll have to carry on without them.
• It has a retro look, which means it sort of feels like old-school video games.
