Under the leadership of Sturm, and with the addition of four new commanding officers (COs)—Flak, Lash, Adder, and Hawke—the Black Hole Army targets each of the four continents controlled by the Allied Nations.
Each new CO has a specific target: Flak invades Orange Star, Lash targets Blue Moon, Adder attacks Yellow Comet, and Hawke assaults Green Earth. Lash, the inventive genius behind most of Black Hole’s new technologies, introduces formidable weapons such as the Black Cannon and Mini Cannons to aid their conquest.
