Story:

Space, cold ruthless space. Generations later, worth millennia of searching its’ bewildering nature. Evolution, civilization, thus civilized is simply the by-product of the natural cycle… Oh, they so dearly held to their beliefs and mantras. Embracing every new finding with open arms and the curiosity of gullible children. Such was the fate of the space exploration project SE-29100, fine pioneers of science, first to come in contact with the newly discovered entity. Galloping into the dark horizon, with little to whatsoever precaution. Some even argued they postponed the official announcement due to affiliations to unapproved research, or greed… Speculations aside, one thing surely came to pass: it struck quicker and more savage than anyone on the board of the SE-29100 had the time to bring themselves together to send out a comprehensible message. As the horror and panic snaped the senses out of many it all swiftly concluded with the awe of a much familiar static noise.
