Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (Arcade)

Description

Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom is a 1985 action arcade game developed and published by Atari Games, based on the 1984 film of the same name, the second film in the Indiana Jones franchise.

After selecting one of three difficulty levels, the player progresses through three stages based on different scenes from the film:

  • Rescuing captive children from the mines, while avoiding dangers such as snakes, bats, and floor spikes.
  • Escaping from the Thuggee guards in a minecart without crashing into dead ends or falling off collapsed sections of track.
  • Recovering a Sankara Stone from the Thuggee sacrificial altar.
