Sailor Moon Bishoujo Senshi (Sega)
“Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon” is a beat ’em up video game released in 1994 for the SEGA Genesis. Developed by Angel (Bandai) and Ma-Ba, this side-scrolling game immerses players in the vibrant world of Sailor Moon and her fellow Inner Senshi warriors.
In the game, players choose from one of the Inner Senshi—each with unique abilities—and battle through various levels filled with enemies. The objective is simple: defeat all foes, including the tougher bosses that appear at the end of levels.
As players progress through the game, they can enhance their combat effectiveness by picking up a fan, which serves as a powerful weapon, extending their reach and increasing their attack power. Other helpful items scattered throughout the levels can restore health or grant an extra life, aiding players in their quest.
At the conclusion of each level, Tuxedo Mask appears to provide players with a grade from A to E based on their performance, adding a competitive edge to the game.
The game features six levels culminating in a final showdown with Queen Beryl. For those seeking an additional challenge, defeating Queen Beryl on the Hard difficulty setting unlocks a bonus boss fight against Queen Metalia, offering even more intense action for dedicated fans and gamers.
