Kingdom Rush Frontiers
In Kingdom Rush: Frontiers, it’s like playing a super fun game where you have to defend your kingdom! Here’s how it works:
You’ve got this path, and bad guys are going to try to march along it. Your job is to stop them before they get to the end. How? Well, you can put up towers along the path, and these towers will shoot at the bad guys when they come by. You can also use some special powers to help you out.
But be careful! If too many bad guys make it to the end of the path, you lose the game. So, you’ve got to use your towers and powers wisely to protect your kingdom. Have a blast defending your land!
Story:
In Frontiers, the adventure continues after the events in Kingdom Rush. Remember how we defeated the bad wizard Vez’nan? Well, guess what? A new bad guy shows up and takes over where Vez’nan left off. This new baddie escapes to the wild and unexplored lands in the southeast of our kingdom.
As you play the game, you’ll learn more about this story bit by bit. You’ll be the brave leader, like a General in the King’s army, guiding your troops through vast deserts, thick jungles, and deep caves to face this new villain, Lord Malagar. But watch out, there might be other surprises hiding in the shadows too! Get ready for an epic adventure!
Gameplay:
When you start a new game, you get to pick how challenging you want it to be. You can choose from Casual, Normal, or Veteran mode. This changes how strong the bad guys are. But guess what? You can even change the difficulty for each level if you want!
The game has a map with different levels you can play. Each level is like a little adventure. Before you start, it tells you what’s going to happen so you’re ready. There are three types of game modes. The first one is the story mode called Campaign. If you beat it really well with a 3-star rating, you unlock two more modes called Heroic and Iron. These modes make things even more exciting with different challenges.
When you finish a level, you get stars based on how well you did. If you didn’t lose many lives (like 18-20 lives left), you get three stars. If you did okay (like 17-6 lives left), you get two stars. And if you didn’t do so well (like 5-1 lives left), you get one star. But if you lose all your lives, you lose the level. Heroic and Iron modes only give you one life, and if you beat them, you get one star.
You can use the stars to make your towers and spells better. Each upgrade needs between 1 and 4 stars and makes your stuff stronger. You can change your upgrades anytime during the game, so you can pick the best ones for each level until you have them all.
There’s also a special book in the game that keeps track of everything you learn, like how strong towers and enemies are. It has some tips and tricks to help you, and you can watch videos to see how the experts at Ironhide Studios play the levels. It’s a super fun game with lots of cool stuff to discover!
