What is RageComics?

A rage comic is a short cartoon strip that employs a set of pre-made cartoon faces, commonly known as rage faces, to depict emotions or activities, frequently revolving around feelings of anger. These comics are usually created using rudimentary software like Microsoft Paint and rose to prominence in the early 2010s. Like internet memes, they have become widely popular and have given rise to numerous memes. Ars Technica notes that they have evolved into an “accepted and standardized form of online communication.” Their capacity to convert shared experiences into funny anecdotes is attributed to the popularity of rage comics. The broad spectrum of emotions and recognizable, standardized faces has allowed for unique applications, including English language education for non-native speakers.

In recent years, rage comics have resurfaced as ‘trollge incidents’ in the early 2020s. Trollge incidents are memes that revolve around the character Trollface from Rage Comics, but with a darker, more introspective tone. These memes typically take the form of “Trollge incidents” narrating stories that grow increasingly darker as the narrative progresses. Some of the most popular trollge incidents include the “Betrayal incident” and the “Nature’s corruption incident.”

The goal of this web optimized port is to make FNF and this mod more accessible to players that can’t otherwise play it on their potato PC, on a Chromebook,  on their Mac, on their Linux, or simply can’t run the EXE files on their computer. Also help save hard drive space. Please keep in mind that this online web port might be slightly different and/or have missing mechanics than the PC version. So make sure to always download the PC version if you have a PC.

If you want a challenge, turn off Ghost Tapping in the settings.
