Time to Panic

Time to Panic! is a short, fast-paced platformer where the controls are purposely tricky to master. Players take on the role of a guy whose bank account has been hacked—if the balance drops to zero, the bank won’t bring him back if he dies. It’s a weird but fun twist that keeps the stakes high.

The game was created in just 10 days for the Gamedev.js Jam 2025, vote here. so it’s simple but entertaining. If you enjoy quick, challenging platformers, you can try it out for free on KBHGames.com. Made by Jani Nykänen, it’s a solid pick for players who like action with a bit of humor.

How to Play:

(Gamepad controls inside parentheses)

• Arrow keys/WASD (dpad/left stick): Move
• Space/Z/J/left mouse button (button A): Jump (press twice to double jump)
• Escape/Enter (uh… that menu button thing on modern Xbox pads): pause
• Enter/Space (button A or  that menu button thing described above): accept stuff in the menus.
