Emerald Isle Edition

Emerald Isle Edition is a fan-made adventure pokemon game set on a remote island near Hoenn, where players explore a vacation resort built by Edward, a wealthy philanthropist from Johto. He created the island as a peaceful retreat but soon discovered something strange—there were no Pokémon around. To bring life back to the area, he developed The Wynaut Stay resort and recruited a range of people to help him run it.

The biggest draw of the island is The Legendary Luxe, a large casino where players can win Pokémon as prizes. However, which Pokémon you get is completely random. The casino features ten different machines to unlock, each offering Pokémon of varying rarity. Winnings can also be used to teach your Pokémon new moves, giving you more flexibility in battles.

Players can visit the Battle Tent or Trainer Hill to face off against other trainers and earn money, rare items, and even decorations for their in-game homes or secret bases. The island also offers plenty of shops—from Pokemarts and TM vendors to decoration and evolution stone sellers. Because of how the island’s economy works, prices might be higher than expected, but players can sell their extra Pokémon for profit.

Despite the resort’s impressive setup, Emerald Isle isn’t widely known. To attract more visitors, Edward starts a Pokemon League Challenge and appoints Gym Leaders who seem suspiciously familiar—possibly members of his own hotel staff. As players explore, they’ll uncover hidden details about the casino, the Gym Leaders, and the island’s mysterious origins.

You can play Pokemon Emerald Isle easily and for free online for free, right in your browser, with no installation required. It features a new island to explore, custom Gym Leaders, a Battle Frontier, talent shows, a daycare, and access to the National Pokédex up to Generation 3.

The current demo version 0.90 is fully playable up to the 7th Gym and even allows players to challenge the Elite Four.
