A Hollow Heartbeat is a point and click adventure game you awaken in an old shack on an island located in the middle of a lake, you find yourself hungry and disoriented, with no recollection of how you ended up there. However, the focus of the story is not on you. Instead, it is on the peculiar shapes that drift along the horizon, the chilly and eerie feeling that permeates the decaying wooden walls, and the faint sound of a heartbeat that echoes from an unknown location.
