To start, drive your ambulance around the city to locate and collect patients. Tap to accelerate and use your brakes to avoid obstacles on the way. Once you’ve collected all the patients, rush them to the hospital as fast as possible.

At the hospital, use the virtual joystick to move around and provide proper treatment to each patient. Don’t forget to upgrade your hospital facilities and hire staff to help run the hospital more efficiently.
